Job Description

Case WorkerSalary: From £24,000 per annumOffice based Role - with regular travel across the region (ideally candidates will hold a Full clean Driving License)If successful you will be responsible for delivering 1-2-1 tailored support to a caseload of individuals serving community orders & post release Licenses, assessing Health & Safety risks, managing interventions and supporting their recovery through mentoring,motivation & managing potential dependency & recovery needs.Duties

  • Managing a caseload; including low, medium & high levels of need
  • Delivery of 1-2-1 / group interventions & skills training
  • Provide support, advice and guidance through the full lifecycle
  • Carrying out initial assessment, action planning, reviewing progress & engaging community services
  • Deliver in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, Probation Offices & Police stations
  • Work alongside integrated specialist support partners to achieve successful outcome
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
  • Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
