The roleYoull be responsible for running one of our tuition centres; day to day, youll lead and develop a team of superstar Tutors, nurture lots of budding fearless learners, and welcome new families into your Centre. Your key objectives will be:
  • Education Deliverybring our mission to life by delivering an outstanding education service to members. Youll demonstrate outstanding tutoring skills in a variety of contexts.
  • Customer Experience provide an outstanding customer experience to both prospective and current families. Youll nurture relationships and enhance all elements of customer service.
  • Business Growth take ownership of the centres reputation, profitability and overall performance. Youll set ambitious, achievable goals to motivate your team.
  • Lead and Develop Develop your skills and inspire others to create a team that collectively drives our Mission, Goal and Who We Are. Youll line manage & coach every day, fostering a culture of learning where all staff are upskilled andsupported to be the best they can be.
Leading a centre, your typical working pattern will be TuesdaySaturday; Sundays and Mondays are yours to switch off from the hustle and bustle of centre life.Your development is our top priority from the first day you start at Explore Learning. Tailored learning and development opportunities mean youll identify skills you never knew you had, as well as develop lots of new ones; your confidence in leading andcoaching others will soar, and youll learn loads from watching your peers in action.What youll get in returnSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 PA depending on experienceContract: Full-time, maternity coverWorking Hours: our centres are open 5 or 6 days each week, and our members can attend sessions after school between 3 pm8 pm, and on a Saturday between 9 am5 pm. During the week, youll open up at 11 am so you have time to focus on your centre successplans before your families arrive from 3 PM.Holidays: 28 annual days + well-being and volunteer daysWellbeing: Discounted gym memberships for you and a friendBenefits: Referral bonus, staff discounts, enhanced parental leave and pensionAll successful applicants will undertake employment reference checks, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
