Are you a great salesperson who speaks fluent Polish Feeling like you are not challenged in your current role Like you are just treading water Want to be challenged Fed up of being asked rhetorical questions Well, read on.I am working with a company that operates in the ever-changing and complex world of customs (import/export - not doing up cars). Theyre seeing some pretty impressive growth in the UK at the moment, and are looking to capitalize on the tonne of leads theycurrently have going unworked.Firstly, youre going to need to speak fluent Polish, so either a native speaker or someone who can communicate with native speakers on a complex business level. You are going to be contacting transport companies across Poland to offer the legislative servicesand decoration guidance required to enter the UK.Sounds complex right Well, yes. But you will get some superb training from people who are incredibly experienced and are excited to impart all their knowledge to you. Theyre also going to offer personal and professional progression (theyre a company withoffices in 7 countries and with over 400 employees).This position is based in the companys Ashford office, which is pretty remote, so please ensure thats within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.Having experience in a sales environment (ideally telephone-based) would be ideal but is not a prerequisite for this role, as plenty of training can be given. But what is required is a positive attitude, a desire to do and really strong communication skills(in Polish!).The basic salary for the Polish Speaking Sales Executive role is between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will berevealed on your application.
