You will support the Managing Director and operational staff, leading a small team in a broad role.Client DetailsOur exclusive client is a leading British health and social care provider. The company partner with CCGs, doctors and councils, providing support and care for adults, and a range of healthcare services.DescriptionAs Regional HR Business partner, you will partner closely with the Managing Director and key stakeholders across the South and Central region to provide pragmatic, impartial and consistent HR advice.You will undertake a variety of projects such as staff surveys, engagement, well-being, HR process and procedure.This role will hold a generalist remit including employee relations, succession, restructuring, harmonization, TUPE as well as other HR projects.You will work closely with and develop strong relationships with other support functions such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Finance, Payroll & IT.Specific duties will include:
