Water is essential to daily life, and that means our business is always open.What you will be doingWe are seeking operational strategic leads across London & Thames Valley to help understand the efficient operation of the production area, maximising our cheaper sites, balancing the short-term needs against the seasons ahead.This role will support the production efficiency drive of £5m year on year for this AMP. Without this role opportunities will be limited and put the program at risk.This role will sit within the Operational Excellence Team, responsible for defining the optimisation programme activity to deliver operational excellence benefits and aid Water Production in achieving their three key objectives across the coming years; maintainwater quality compliance, promote system resilience, and drive cost efficiencies ensuring value-for-money for our customers.The role crosses over the whole of the water estate from Abstraction to Transmission, covering London & TV.Allows the successful candidate to work across several levels within the business. Giving good development opportunities
