Calling all Marketing Managers!This role is a little different from what youd expect your typical marketing manager to be. This market-leading company in assembly, fastening and fixing products are looking for someone to lead the internal marketing strategies, working in a team of directsales, key accounts, training, and human & resources. You will work closely with the product department, as well as direct sales, shops and web.The Important stuff:Salary: £42k-£45kLocation:Field based (occasionally required at head office Erith)Benefits: Career development, staff discounts and a generous long-service awards scheme.Some more detailsWorking in a similar industry with similar product construction/wood will give you a head start, as you will create, implement, and manage the strategic marketing plan. Data analytics is a big part of the job, so experience in this is essential.The role is varied but will mostly be internal marketing and driving performance, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, managing the product life cycle, training sales staff, and implementing promotions, sales aids,and incentives. There will be travel involved to conduct market research, client, and potential client visits, as well as suppliers.From youYou will need to come from a similar industry background, have divisional-specific and relevant market/sales experience, as well, as I mentioned, have excellent analytical skills.
