Job Description

We require a number of Fitter to work with one of our clients based in Ashford.We looking for a Multi Skilled Labour to assist with fitting jobs based at our clients site. You will have daily duties directed by the client, ideally a background with experience in Carpentry or basic Electrician roles would be necessary as roles and responsibilities would include:

  • Cleaning of units and fittings internally and externally.
  • Manual preparation for painting.
  • To complete PAT Testing
  • To have a good mix of general maintenance skills
  • To have a basic knowledge of power tools
  • To be able to complete exterior door fitting
  • To be able to repair and replace wall and ceiling boards
  • To be able to fit Partitions
  • To be able to fit final trim
  • To be able to replace plywood flooring
  • To be able to remove / fit wall and ceiling panels
  • To be able to fit travel panels
  • Have a basic understanding of plumbing circuits/systems
  • The removal of internal fittings prior to work
    • Roles will be Monday to Friday 07:45 till 17:00 each week. £9.90 to £10.20 per hour depending on experience. This role will suit someone with minimum experience in the above skilled area but enough knowledge to assist the more skilled labour onsite.Please call us to find out more information.Additional Benefits & Requirements
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
