Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineerto join our Clear Review business as we analyse, explore and improve how over 100,000 employees across over 200 companies perform and feel about work.Clear Review is our UKs leading Continuous Performance Management System. On a daily basis, our 100,000+ users generate over 80,000 data points based on feedback they give each other, the objectives that they set and the conversations that they are having about their performance and engagement at work.This data set is totally unique and can help our team answer long-standing questions within Performance Management and HR.Ultimately, our mission is to enable individuals and teams to achieve what matters most to their organisation and themselves.We are offering this exciting opportunity to a driven, focused and intelligent individual, who can use Clear Review as a steppingstone to great things in the Data Analytics world.What you will be doing:

  • Building the first version of tools to the software that encourages the right behaviours for feedback, objective setting and the experiences of employees in their organisation
  • Developing internal metrics and dashboards to provide insights and enable decision-making
  • Continuously make improvements on our offering to our clients
  • What you will have
  • Basic statistics knowledge, and the ability to apply it within SQL and Python
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and statistical concepts in a simple way that is easy to understand
  • The curiosity to learn and ask questions
  • Passionate about solving problems and helping others
  • Experience in using cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Azure or Google
