Job Description

Finance Manager (24 months - FTC) Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic team in the food manufacturing business.   • Manage and execute various accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end management accounting process.
  • Lead and manage a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven working environment.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to inform financial strategies.
Required
  • Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager role within a manufacturing setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
