Job Description

An experienced Finance Manager is needed to join a bespoke design service company based in Ashford. This is a key role that involves overseeing various financial aspects in a small or medium-sized enterprise.This specialist company was founded in 1998 with a commitment to delivering elegant yet understated interior design for both private and commercial clients.Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include accurate monitoring of cash flow, monthly management reporting of KPIs to directors, overseeing general ledger accounting, making P&L and Balance Sheet adjustments when necessary, supporting the FinanceAssistant, reviewing client accounts for accurate billing, validating payroll accuracy, and ensuring compliance with statutory limited company requirements.To qualify... You could be a Finance Manager / Finance Controller / Financial Analyst / Accounting Supervisor or similar we dont mind; you just need a CV which demonstrates the following.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
  • AAT level 4/ACA / ACCA / CIMA part qualified
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of accrual accounting principles.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Driving Licence (required)
