Due to this they are looking to add an additional Field Support Technician to their team to make sure that their products are functioning as intended.As a field-based role you will be travelling to sites across the UK and Republic of Ireland to carry out work. You will provide technical support on the preparation and repair of these vehicles to the companys dealerships. Youll also be involved in technical investigations and performance tests to ensure product quality and suggest improvements.This is an ideal position for someone with a Forces background as a Class 1 vehicle mechanic or someone who has completed a mechanical apprenticeship looking to travel.The Role: *Field Support Technician (Heavy Vehicles)*Covering the UK and Ireland *Guidance and training to dealership staff on vehicle repair*Technical investigations and performance tests*£15/hour (£30,000) + Overtime (OTE 40K) + Travel + Vehicle + Training + Progression + 33 Days HolidayThe Person: *Experience working on Heavy Vehicles such as military vehicles, HGVs or agricultural vehicles.*Mechanically skilled- Relevant qualification desirable*Technical diagnostic skills*Experience working on agricultural vehicles desirable but not essentialThis vacancy is being advertised by Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd.
