Our customers count on us for exceptional food and service, and as our response to Covid-19 proved, our 6,000-strong workforce is dedicated and proud to play their part in feeding thenationThe role:Working alongside external customers and internal sales teams across the business as well as supporting the immediate team with essential tasks. You will be instrumental in rolling out continuous improvement plans and processes within the Customer SupplyPlanning team.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Proactively engaging with Brakes sales teams to collate forecast intelligence, to support effective delivery of seasonal events e.g. Christmas, Mothers Day
  • Facilitating weekly sector calls with national sales teams to discuss upcoming events, review previous activity
  • Timely delivery of accurate reporting and ad hoc information
  • Support implementation of new and/or lost business
  • Continually tracking customer write off and following customer claim back process
  • Collaboratively working with sales team to support the clearance of discontinued stock within the Brakes network within 14 weeks of delist
  • To build and maintain relationships internally, across Supply Chain, Sales and Operations teams.
