We are delighted to be recruiting for an extremely successful National Company who have a vacancy within the Credit Control Department to oversee theteam and ensure efficient and effective running of key client accounts within the group.This post would suit someone with supervisory/managerial experience in the credit controlfield who is able to demonstrate a history of developing, implementing and overseeingdocumented processes. The post holder will possess a strong leadership style and be ableto communicate to senior leaders across the business.The overall purpose of the positionTo be responsible for managing a small team, overseeing the administration of key clientaccounts and communicating feedback to the wider business.Liaising and reporting to key stakeholders, recommending, implementing and ensuringadherence of agreed process throughout the business to enable accurate billing, timelycash collection and correct reporting of financials.Overseeing and co-ordinating tasks undertaken by the Credit Control Team, identifyingand driving efficiency savings within the department, as well as implementing newtechniques to enhance current working practices.Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and presentation of such to management.Knowledge and skills requiredAbility to support the manager and deputise in their absenceCapable of identifying high risk areas and managing exposure across businessExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenAdvanced computer literacy - ability to handle and manage high volumes of dataUnderstanding of payment terms and the importance to the business of timely collectionAbility to work to departmental deadlines and targetsStrong problem solving and query resolution skillsAbility to prioritise and distribute workload across teamUnderstanding of debtor days and credit control informationExperience of overseeing/managing a teamExperience of process documentation and implementationKnowledge and experience of the recruitment sector desirableKnowledge and experience of credit insurance desirableKnowledge and experience of invoice discounting desirableFor more information please contact: or apply via the link.
