Work less hours to do the stuff you love doing!Job title: CleanerLocation:Heath Farm School, Charing Heath, Ashford, KentSalary: £11,979.69per annumHours:25 hours per week;4.00pm9.00pm, Monday to FridayContract:Permanent; Term Time only plus 5 days deep cleans in holidaysAbout the roleWe are seeking to appoint an evening cleaner to work with our existing Site Team on our main site in Charing Heath.The cleaning team consists of a supervisor and three cleaners, who between them provide a complete cleaning and janitorial service to the school, which is spread over 13 separate buildings on the site. The role is term time only. However, there is a requirementto work 5 additional days during the school holidays to complete deep cleans and attend whole school training days.About the SchoolIt is an exciting time to join Heath Farm School. Under the leadership of the forward-thinking head teacher, the school and its team have recently redesigned and created a purposeful and unique Heath Farm Curriculum that fully meets the holistic needsof our students.We are now in the stage of fully embedding this across the school. We are an independent SEN school that offers a unique and stimulating environment where every pupil is able to make outstanding progress in their personal development and enjoy success intheir education.Our students present with a wide range of needs, including social and emotional issues, learning difficulties, mental health problems and associated conditions. However, they can enjoy extraordinary outcomes and be happy at school.There are currently 100 students on role and a staff team of approximately the same number.
