Behaviour Support Assistant - AshfordAcademics are working with 2 great schools In Ashford who are seeking a behaviour support Assistant to join their energetic, inclusive and proactive teams in Ashford. The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant for this role, is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeableof SEN and supporting SEN individuals.Responsibilities of the ideal Behaviour Support Assistant:
  • Providing support to SEN/Behavioural Needs Students aged 11-19
  • Communicate effectively with other members of Staff/SLT/DSLs
  • Be a role model of positive attitudes, behaviours and values.
  • Promotes inclusivity among staff and Students
