As part of this, they are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the global implementation of a new ERP Solution - Sage X3. You will need to be a strong leader - with system deployment, change & data management experience - who can educate stakeholdersand manage their expectations through the implementation lifecycle.Experience & knowledge* Experience as an implementation manager* Experience in medium to large scale implementation* Experience in medium to large scale data migrations* Experience in working in an Agile environment* Experience in project and resource planning (PRINCE2 or equivalent) * Experience in change management* Experience in enforcing processesSkills* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects/tasks simultaneously* Ability to detect potential issues and associated risks for the project* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work* Strong documentation and reporting skills* Strong stakeholder management skills* Strong understanding of process improvementSalary: £85,000 - £100,000 + packageLocation: 2-3 days on-site at one of the office locations (South Wales, Leicestershire, Peterborough)Hours: Monday Thursday 8am - 4.30pm // Friday 8am -1pm
