* SQL .Net application and systems support, maintenance and development* Hybrid role with 3 UK locations- South Wales, Cambridgeshire or Leicestershire* ERP applications and systems experience essential including SAGEBusiness Systems Specialist: Flexible Working: £45,000 - £55,000 + packageBroster Buchanan is engaged with a global energy management solutions business who are looking to recruit a Business Systems Specialist who will work very closely with the Applications Manager.As Business Systems Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the Business Processes Strategy: thriving for excellence, driving a culture of harmonisation & continuous improvement and adding value to the Business. The role will act as the single pointof contact for a dedicated or set of dedicated applications. You will be accountable for the governance, maintenance, development and control of dedicated Business Systems; documenting the scope and rules applicable to those systems, providing and ensuring a consistent approach to change to support the systems integrity- acting as the advisor and custodian of the process quality & standards throughout the project lifecycle working closely with all key stakeholders whilst maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.Experiences in some (not all) of the below skills and experiences would be highly beneficial for the role.* SQL programming skills* SQL postgres programming skills* .Net programming skills* Microsoft programming skills* Java scripting* Strong Project Management skills, delivering on time & cost* Experience of LEAN practices* Experience in ERP / business systems implementation* Experience in change management; manage & enable the change management across all Stakeholders* Experience in documenting processes, specifications, policies, standards* Experience in leading workshops, data collation, validation and confirming requirements* Experience in leading process change; proactive approach to developing and enhancing business processes* Prince2, PMP or MSP certified* Lean Six-sigma certified* Experience in systems integrations following mergers & acquisitions (M&A)Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + packageLocation: 2-3 days in the office (South Wales, Leicestershire or Peterborough)Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm // Friday 8am - 1pm
