Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleOur Central Agency Team work across a broad geographical area extending from Staffordshire across Derbyshire and Leicestershire to Rutland and specialise in the sale of rural and residential property including farm land and equestrian properties. This successfulteam is looking for an agency assistant to work alongside them to help them deliver outstanding customer service.The applicant will be focused on delivery outstanding customer service and confident that they can develop a good working rapport and interact positively with a broad variety of clients and buyers to build productive relationships. Ideally the client willseek to cross sell our services and have a natural aptitude for selling.This is a Fixed Term full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) 1in 5 Saturdays will be required. however, we encourage flexible working.Duties will include:

  • CRM work to maintain and develop a first-class contacts database
  • Booking appointments
  • Applicant management to identify principal buyers, to introduce properties to them and to discover potential vendors
