PAM is the premier supplier of ductile iron and cast iron products. Our product range is extensive and includes; cast iron piping, fittings, valves, drainage systems, water/sewerpipelines, access covers and gratings. We supply to some of the UKs key utilities, telecoms, highways, civil engineering, construction and housing companies.The purpose of the role is to identify and manage all electrical projects onsite that focuses on improving plant performance and compliance. There will also be a focus on electrical maintenance improvement, loss elimination and Root cause analysis. Workingin partnership with the site Mechanical Reliability Lead, you will be a key player in this heavy industrial environment. This role will see you acting as a leader and mentor to all shift Maintenance Electricians supporting the development of knowledge whileimproving the sites approach to electrical engineering and systems. This role is a salaried position working days with flexibility in when hours are worked.What skills and experience are we looking for* Electrical apprenticeship* Electrical degree calibre (ie HNC + relevant experience)* IOSH Managing Safely* WCM Practitioner status Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally, from operator to business president * Create excellent working relationships with the Maintenance, Production and Cross-Functional departments* Lead, develop and coach the electricians * Experience within an industrialised manufacturing environment* Experience as a control, electrical or electronic engineer* Proven project management knowledge and experience* Proven experience of mentoring individuals and teams* Broad experience of plant instrumentation systems with SCADA* Previous experience in a reliability cantered role* Experience of working in a World Class Maintenance Department* Competent in the use of M.S.
