Job Description Due to continued growth, my client based in Ascot is looking for a Senior Manager with a background in Audit to come in and join their Accounting and Audit team. Due to continued growth, my client based in Ascot is looking for a Senior Manager with a background in Audit to come in and join their Accounting and Audit team. The Accounting firm is on a big growth journey and requires someone with a positive and ambitiousmindset to develop and strengthen the practice and share their vision and values. Duties:
  • Ensure that Partners and senior managers are kept adequately informed of progress on allengagements.
  • Liaise directly with clients throughout engagements to ensure outstanding client service isprovided, ensuring that positive and harmonious professional relations are maintained whilemanaging the effective completion of work assignments.
  • Support our trainees with their learning and development, coordinating work assignments,providing advice and performance feedback in a constructive manner and helping them to becomeeffective and productive members of the team.
This role is likely to be 60/40, favouring audit. Requirements:
  • Fully ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Competent in all aspects of audit and accounts work, including accounting standards, corporate taxation, mainstream personal taxation and mainstream VAT.
  • Computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of CCH is desirable.
