RECRUITMENTiQ are working in partnership with Marist Convent Senior School and are seeking a Receptionist.Salary - Support Grade 19, £20,246Hours of work - 37.5 hours per weekFull-time - 52 weeks per year.As our Senior Phase Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, pupils and staff, therefore it is essential that you have a professional, friendly and welcoming personality, together with a flexible and efficient approach to your work. Importantly, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the senior phase of our school and will regularly deal with the girls in this busy senior school environment.The senior phase reception provides first class customer service which means you will possess a professional telephone manner, have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office and SIMs and have a flexible can-do attitude. If you are not a First Aider already, we will train you to be a key First Aid practitioner.You will have a strong personal ethos of service to others and a commitment to providing a first class service to all who visit our school.
