Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Multi Trades Person who is looking to work at a prominent country estate where you will have job security for life and work in beautiful surroundings.Are you a practical, hands on individual Do you take pride in delivering an excellent ServiceThis highly reputable hotel chain provides a luxury service in locations across Europe and America and are widely regarded as a Market leader within the industry. Within their stunning Ascot location they are looking for a Multi Trader/Maintenance Operative to join their stable and long serving team.In this role you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of hotel services, systems, fixtures and fittings. This can involve anything from basic electrical work, building jobs, painting, decoration, carpentry, plumbing and tiling. This role would ideally suit a multi skilled maintenance operative with an understanding of basic electrics who is looking to settle in to a long term position with an excellent employer. You will need to be practical and enthusiastic and also willing to undertake Shift work. The Role:

  • Maintenance of over 50 rooms within the hotel
  • Building jobs, including painting, decoration, carpentry, plumbing and tiling
  • Systematic checking of all hotel areas, services, systems, fixtures and fittings in accordance with the hotels PPM schedule, including daily walk round
  • Working Early and Late Shifts, including weekends
  • £25,000 + Excellent Benefits + Annual Bonus
    • The Person:
  • Experience with basic electrical work
  • Have a practical, hands on aptitude
  • Able to commute to Ascot
  • Must have a good work ethic
  • Must be willing to do shifts
