SITE SUPERVISOR / HANDYPERSON37 hours per week, based on a morning and afternoon shift pattern plus standby cover for Headquarters premisesSalary: £19,312 - £22,627 pa plus standby allowance of 15% of annual salaryLocation: Service Headquarters, Bestwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottingham.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to build on their previous experience of working in a site supervisory or building maintenance role.The successful candidate must be capable of providing a wide range of tasks to provide a safe, secure, clean, well maintained and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. They must also be able to be on call out of hours (generally in alternation with other Site Supervisors) to attend to functions and emergencies such as intruders and flooding.
