This Fire & Rescue Service is seeking to recruit a Business Education Advocate within the Fire Protection Team.Fire Protection Business Education AdvocateNottinghamshire37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday£24,982 - £27,041 per annumPlease Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.Our client, a fire and rescue service, is seeking an innovative individual who has the skills and ability to develop relationships and engage with the business sector to create safer communities within Nottinghamshire. The role will involve the development,planning and delivery of fire safety initiatives, supporting arson and unwanted fire signal reductions and the delivery of fire safety seminars, presentations, and events to the countys business community.The role also requires the delivery of advice relating to fire safety within non-domestic premises based on industry sector guidance and standards. This includes communicating information relating to fire safety solutions and protection systems, fire safetymanagement, building construction and refurbishment and business continuity management arrangements. This advice and guidance is underpinned by the principles set out within the Regulators Code for better business regulation.The role will also require you to assist Fire Protection managers with project and business planning through the identification of risk, organisations considered at risk, and organisations or sectors requiring higher than normal levels of intervention andenforcement.
