Job Description

SP Group Global Ltd. is one of the leading and most trusted manufacturers and suppliers of total temporary protection products in the UK and Ireland since the 1990s. We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Antrim.What started from one single range of products, has now evolved into a global supplier of eight TTP ranges that are fit for all of our customers needs.Key Responsibilities:Storage:

  • Maintaining premises & yard
  • Restocking picking face from bulk storage
  • Shunting trailers as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate stock maps, pallet labelling and locations for all stock
  • Physical stock counting as required
Goods Inwards:
  • Preparing for the arrival of stock (particularly new product or large volume like containers)
  • Quality checking stock when it arrives
  • Putting goods away in appropriate place, labelled for easy picking later
  • Working to arrange collection from the vendor via our own lorry
Goods Outwards:
  • Picking & packing goods as instructed via delivery note from order processing
  • Ensuring all the equipment and materials required for packing are available
  • Find the best ways to pick & pack
  • Booking goods for collection and delivery, with online and manual booking systems
  • Loading goods to carrier/our own lorry
Key Requirements:
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

  • Literacy & numeracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Upbeat and energised
  • Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
  • Team player
  • Valid MHE certificates such as counterbalance or reach truck is desirable but not essential
