Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking full and part time Band 3 Team Secretary for our client in Antrim Area Hospital .This role is temporary on-going, Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700, paying £11.11 p/h and is for 6 months ongoing with job progression within the Northern Trust You will be responsible for provide an administrative service to the department, including organising and maintaining diary/schedule to arrange appointments and meetingsJob duties: Type and format reports, memos, lettersArrange and provide administrative support at complex meetings/ panels/ consultations including minute taking and issuing of relevant documentationInput and retrieve appropriate information from computerised systemInputting of referral information onto tracking systems and maintain waiting listsOrdering of supplies on procurement system.Collecting, collating and presenting statistical information as requiredTo be successful for this role you should have 4 GCSE`s, administration experience and typing experience.
