4c has partnered with one of Northern Irelands leading fit-out companies in order to appoint a new Finance Director.Our client has been operating for 18 years and has a track record of successfully delivering first quality projects across the UK and Ireland, building long lasting partnerships with their clients, and being internationally recognised by its workmanshipand their ethos of integrity and a focus on doing things right first time.Benefiting from the strong brand position in the market the company has been able to grow steadily throughout the years, delivering projects across multiple sites even during critical times such as the 2008 financial crisis and the recent COVID-19 pandemic.As a result of that strong performance the company is now at a pivotal moment, with many exciting ongoing and upcoming projects in the pipeline. This has prompted the search for a new Finance Director who will, together with the senior leadership team, beresponsible for taking the business through the next growth stages.The successful candidate will bring a challenging and inquisitive mindset to the table which will help the senior leadership team to question the "whys" and "hows" of the business. The role holder will also have the drive necessary to create, implement andembed processes and structural changes which will impact not only the Finance Department but the company as a whole.Additionally, the individual will be highly commercial, working alongside the estimating and QS teams to drive the success and profitability of each project, within what is becoming a challenging environment due to the inflation and supply chain pressureseffecting the whole industry.The Finance Director will also have:
