They are seeking an Administrator to join the International Workplace Division working within the Customer relationshipteam.The role would ideally suit you, if you are highly organized, proactive and detail oriented who excels in a fast paced environment.The Right role:Order processing using Sugar CRM system Email communication with direct customers and partners Quote preparation and ad hoc pricing requests Attend online meetings with Account Manager to report on renewal success Manage database of all existing clients to include data input and cleansing Produce and share product analytics reports with clients Monitor and report on success of Auto Renew initiative across sectors Manage team lead tracker to maximise opportunities for global expansion Review Sales Dashboards and report on anomaliesThe Right Fit: Minimum 2 years’ Admin experience in a sales environment Proven experience of high level customer service and associated interpersonal skills Experience working with CRM systems, eg Sugar, Salesforce, Act, GoldmineA high level of computer literacy - competent on spreadsheets Evidence of working with cross-function internal teamsDesirable Criteria Account management experience Experience working with Google Docs/Calendar Knowledge and interest in Social Media Platforms
