Job Description

Processing/Servicing Team MemberAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Processing/Servicing Team Member based in Anstey, Leicester. The successful candidate will earn a salary of £18,200 per annum.You will join the operations team and work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).Role Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be organised and able to prioritize their workload in order to meet deadlines, have excellent dexterity skills and have a good eye for detail. It is essential that you have a good standard of spoken and written English asyou will be required to read and act up both written and verbal instructions.
  • It is also essential that you have good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • You will be self-motivated, able to work within a team, reliable and hardworking and displays a flexible, willing, and adaptable attitude.
Role Responsibilities
  • To work under supervision to ensure the efficient flow of orders flow through the warehouse.
  • To process and service large print books and audio books as appropriate to customer (libraries) specifications and in accordance with monthly KPI (key performance indicators) targets.
  • Adding and amending processing/servicing specifications, including sample books for the warehouse.
  • Servicing products as required, this includes attaching security labels, date labels, barcodes, authority stamps, laminating or covering products with appropriate jackets.
  • Encoding RFID tags via our bespoke system.
  • Ensure orders serviced are listed on appropriate pallet sheet and move to appropriate pallet.
  • From time to time you will be required to undertake other duties and/or training in other Operational sections, such as picking, packing and audio duplication, and may be re-deployed to those sections if considered necessary.
