Whats in it for mePeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Supervisor to join our client in Annesley, Nottingham on a 6 month contract initially.This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast paced company, working within a friendly team in a plush, modern office environment.The successful candidate will be providing facilities management and administrative support to the team.Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are communicated and adhered to across the site. You will be lead fire marshal and ensure the site has a strict record of tests and evacuations.You will be first point of call for contractors visiting site and have the responsibility for ensuring all relevant documentation is kept up to date and compliant.This will also involve duties such as site purchasing, site induction management, reception cover and meeting room managementHours of work: 37.5hrs per week 8.30am4.30pm Monday to FridaySalary: £24,500Day to Day DutiesTo provided confidential organisation support and site management to ensure the site is H&S complaint.Site Maintenance: Stock management - stationery, drinks machines, site kitchen consumables and equipment, replacement of office equipment Point of contact for contracted cleaners Manage maintenance issues and liaise with third parties to resolve Ensure Fire Alarms are tested weekly, fire doors, exits and fire extinguishers are checked monthly, undertake regular evacuations Maintain an understanding of all relevant contracts and licenses - liaising with and supporting Facilities, Finance and Contractors Manage the fire marshalls and first aiders, ensuring qualifications are kept up to date and all certification is relevant and support all H&S matters for the siteOffice Support Submit and manage orders for equipment - existing staff and new starters - including stationery and IT equipment Manage the meeting room diary Support with Office inductions and new starterEssential Skills Experience in site H&S Health and Safety at Work certificate Fire Marshal Certificate First Aid Certificate Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Excellent communication skillsDesirable ExperienceDue to the clients location, your own transport will be desirableWhat training is providedTraining will be providedContactApply today by clicking below or giving our team a call onPhone:
