Job Description

Receptionist / Administrator12 month Maternity cover (possibility of permanent role)Sherwood Business Park, Annesley c. £22,000Our client is an established and developing business looking for a new Receptionist /Administrator to join their friendly and busy team.Fabulous opportunity to join a lovely firm and really develop your reception / administration skills….As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the business. As such, we are looking for you to provide a friendly, professional and engaging customer focussed experience for all customers, suppliers and colleagues.Responsibilities:

  • Answer and field all incoming calls & enquiries to the business
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the business, record arrival using a digital system, issue passes and ensure all visitors are met and accompanied by their host
  • Organise catering for visitors
  • Process outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support for the fleet
  • Arrange and meet contractors for building maintenance and repairs
  • Provide administrative support to the wider business
  • Record Health and Safety information that is reported
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Some previous Reception / Front of House experience (this doesn’t have to be in an office)
  • A friendly, positive and professional manner
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
  • Some IT skills
  • Previous Reception/ Front of House experience
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (some flexibility required for occasional 8.00-4.30pm cover)1 hour lunch breakFabulous opportunity. Please get in touch to hear more!
