The Role As an Insurance and Risk Officer, you will support the delivery of an effective insurance service for our company. Following all compliance procedures, you will manage the number of claims made against our insurance policies whilst aiming to improve uninsured loss recoveries. With a focus on driving the continuous improvement of our service, you will identify and mitigate the root causes of losses and damages by investigating and escalating issues.Additionally, you will:- Share best practices with the customer service team- Ensure customer service and insurance policies are followed consistently - Support our Health and Safety policies - Ensure all data is protected in line with FCA guidelinesAbout YouTo be considered as an Insurance and Risk Officer, you will need: - The ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally- Excellent customer service skills- Good communication skills with confident telephone mannerIdeally, you will hold a CERT CII or be working towards completing this qualification. Experience in a claims handling or insurance broking environment would also be beneficial to your application. The closing date for applications is 31st January 2023.
