Working in a large vibrant centre, you could be joining a team supporting our branches or one of our many specialist teams.There’s also plenty of opportunity to move around teams as you progress.The role of a Bank Reconciliation Clerk:

  • Demonstrating your passion for working with people and money, by taking ownership of queries and see them through to a positive resolution.
  • Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills
  • Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and developing them further.
  • Being a Team Player! Confidently engaging and participating in team meetings and training which will ultimately support our customers.
