Support Worker - Mental HealthCarmarthen - From £10 an hour up to £12 an hour with holiday pay on accrued on top! This role involves supporting adult with additional needs including learning disabilities, mental health and potentially autism in a cluster of projects dotted across Carmarthen.To be a driver is ideal for this role.To be considered to work in this role, you will need:

  • To be flexible.
  • To be reliable.
  • Experienced working with adults with additional needs.
  • Patient, kind and have effective communication skills.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Drivers are desirable.
  • Manual handling and PBM trained although we can offer this to you at no cost.
