Job Description

Support Worker - Complex learning disabilities + mental healthUp to £10.50 (PAYE) + holiday pay + pension contribution + benefitsZero-hour, part time and full-time hours availableTemp-to-perm and contact options availableBS Social Care are working with a well-known specialist organisation in the Llanelli area. We are looking for experienced, eager people with great experience in the care sector to join us and help support the needs of individuals. You will be providing careand support to vulnerable adults with various needs.PBM is essential for this role. Please note we require you to have either an in-date certificate or be happy to attend our free PBM course. Ideally due to location, you will be a driver or comfortable finding other means of transport to reach the service(s).Please note shifts are often 12 hours with both days and wakes available.Benefits of working with us:

To work with us, you will need:
  • 6 months UK paid, hands-on experience OR recently undertaken training (with certificates)
  • Have right to work in the UK
  • To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
  • Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Desirable: DBS on the update service
