The firm has experienced substantial organicgrowth - and so, are looking for a commercially-minded, payroll professional to join their team in a client-facing role.DescriptionThe key responsibilities for this Payroll Manager position at a leading accountancy firm based in Carmarthenshire are:

  • Running multi-cycle payrolls on BrightPay
  • Report writing
  • Query resolution
  • Year end, P11d procedures and P60s
  • Staff management and development
  • Implementation of processes and good practice
  • Assist with auto enrolment procedures
ProfileIn order for candidates to be successful when applying for this Payroll Manager role at a leading accountancy firm in Carmarthenshire, you must be:
  • Ideally experience of working within a payroll bureau/practice environment
  • Extensive payroll knowledge
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong organisational /administrative skills
  • Knowledge of BrightPay Manager, although training will be given
  • Enthusiasm coupled with drive and determination
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment
  • Competent in setting own deadlines and meeting organisation deadline
