// Credit Control Supervisor // 30K // Carmarthenshire // On-Site //I am working with a leading manufacturer for national and international retail.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable Department; ensuring invoices are promptly raised and timely collected. You will also be required to work closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate entriesinto the accounts.Responsibilities:Ensuring financial reporting objectives are met within deadlines, without compromising quality or control of costs.Ensuring invoicing is promptly completed with no aged outstanding deliveries not invoiced entries.Maintain and update daily invoicing trackers along with ensuring PODs are obtained for these despatches.Review and release of Sundry orders on credit hold, ensuring payments are received and cleared before orders are subsequently released.Regular review of any Aged invoices / charges on account with the AR Team to ensure timely resolution and reduction in any Aged transactions.Approve price lists as provided for by the Sales Team updated by the AR Team to ensure accurate reflection within system.Supporting the Lead Accountant with Monthly Sales reconciliation including Weeklv Month comparison analysis.General Office Admin duties and any other duties as required by the Finance Manager and Financial Controller.To produce ad-hoc reports as requested.About You:Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office Applications, in particular MS Excel.Possess a relevant level Accountancy Qualification or working towards.Experience of Team Management.Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills.Experience of a manufacturing/food production environment.The ability to work within a team as well as independently.Committed to working within the Company Values.// Credit Control Supervisor // 30K // Carmarthenshire // On-Site //By applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
