Job Description

Medium Size Nursing HomeTH Solutions are proud to be working with a large care home provider and are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to help run a 59 bed nursing home. The home offers support to residential care , nursing and EMI.
  • To work alongside staff to support, feedback and develop their clinical skills and experience;
  • To Provide the Clinical Leadership and direction, improving standards of home.
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application;
  • A valid NMC pin number;
  • An RGN/RMN qualification;
  • Previous experience in a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead post desirable but not essential;
  • You must be a qualified nurse - RGN - and registered with the NMC;
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Nursing Home;
  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) registered;
  • Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff;
  • Nurse Manager;
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills;
  • Work autonomously and independently whilst building strong relationships with the management and care staff throughout the organisation;
