Adults Learning Disabilities Support WorkerUp to £11 p/h (PAYE) + holiday pay + pension contribution + benefitsZero-hour, part time and full-time hours availableYour role will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities to enable them to live independently and will have the opportunity to support individuals alongside permanent staff AND/OR on a 1:1 basis with the individual(s) depending on the service.You will be responsible in supporting various different needs including personal care, financial, social, communication and recreational where you can make a real difference. You will also encourage individuals to learn new skills and help them get out intothe community and aid to meet their individual needs.We work with various organisations and therefore different levels of needs and training is required. Where some services have more challenging behaviour, PBM is often required.
