Job Description

Do you have a warm and compassionate nature Do you make people smileICCM is seeking caring and dedicated Female Care Assistants to join its supportive team in Alvechurch area. This is a full time, permanent role with contracted hours of up to £11 per hour. Don’t worry about experience, we simply need your dedicated personality!What you’ll be doingAs our highly-valued Care Assistant, you’ll be much more than a Carer for our clients with individual complex needs. You’ll be a real hero and undertake daily tasks that enable them to live happy and independent lives in their own homes.As their true companion, you and the clients will develop a strong bond. You’ll support them with fun leisure activities, household tasks, personal care and day-to-day commitments, such as going to work or school.Above all, you know that great relationships are based on respect and kindness. Maintaining clients’ dignity and feeling of self-worth is what they love about you.

  • Pay: £10 to £11 per hour (plus enhancements)
  • Location: Alvechurch
  • Hours: Full time, permanent postion
  • Shifts: 8.00am to 8.00pm (days) and 8.00pm to 8.00am (nights) - Applicants must be flexible to work all shifts on a rota basis
  • You must hold driving licence and be over the age of 25 to be considered for this role
