Job Description

Worked Based Learner Systems and Compliance Manager£29,532 - £31,128 per annum36.25 hours per weekAltrincham / Streford CampusTrafford College Group through its innovative approach to learning and exceptional engagement with business prepares learners for success in work and life.We are looking for an experienced Systems and Compliance Manager to join the Management Information Team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. If you share our passion for innovation and success, there has never been a better time to work for Trafford College Group!In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and quality assurance of Work Based Learner functions and systems across the apprentice and employer journey including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), student tracking systems, reports to employers, awarding body requirements and audit requirements. Key areas of responsibility include:-

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the College encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • To be responsible for staff within the Apprenticeship Team, motivating and coaching staff to achieve, improve and develop to their full potential.
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the College and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle journey.
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing key touch points with our customers, maximising apprenticeship and commercial opportunities.In order to be successful in this role you must have an IT or related degree and maths and English to Level 2 or equivalent.
