Summary We are looking for 3 Welcome & Service Assistants to join our great team here at Duham Massey. In this role you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorablevisit. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service.Salary:£10.78 per hourContract/duration: Fixed term until 31st December 2023Hours/working pattern: On average 2 days a week, but this will change to reflect visitor numbers. What youll be doing Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can.The role requires you to work regular weekends as well as week days, including school and the Christmas holidays.
