Job Description

Senior UX Designer - Permanent - Fully Remote/Flexible working - Hot desk offices availableWe are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. We are a well established and investment funded tech start up. You will need a passion for solving complex problems, ensuring that the customer is always the focus.Youll take ownership of UX on a per project basis, evangelising design-thinking and experimentation to deliver results and learnings in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales and EngineeringWorking with autonomy in a fast paced environment will see you play a key role in combining our products highly technical abilities with best practice UX to deliver experiences that speak for themselves.What youll do -

  • Gain and communicate an holistic understanding of user needs and goals across the organisation to infuse decisions with user-centricity at every level
  • Partner with product managers, front/back end engineers, product marketing and other designers to deliver and launch products
    • What youll need -
  • Experience designing for in SaaS product
  • demonstrated end-to-end product design experience (hybrid UX-UI design
  • Experience in user research techniques, personas and creating user stories
  • Proven skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, workshops, user flows, storytelling techniques, information architecture and visual design
  • Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch and InVision, but also Principle, InVision Studio, Zeplin, Abstract, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Experience in working with and/or creating design systems.
  • Visually literate with a keen design aesthetic
  • Passion for synthesising complex problems and interactions from multiple sources into intuitive user experiences
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their limitations (no we dont want you to code!)
  • Strong self-organisation, oral/written communication, rigorous documentation and presentation skills
  • Autonomous and self-starter who can prioritise and deliver accordingly
