Job Description

Our client is a world leading software and training company to the pharmaceutical industry and due to expansion are looking to recruit a Training and Services Administrator to support their European client base who are scientists, chemists and pharmacologistsThe Training and Services Administrator’s primary function will be to manage all administrative aspects of customer training, from scheduling classes to sending out training certificatesThe ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and be familiar with MS Excel and MS WordAn interest in Training and Education would be a bonus, would be happy to consider a recent graduate (or equivalent) looking for their first commercial position, or someone with some relevant work experienceRole and Responsibilities of the position of Training and Services Administrator:

  • Ensure all scheduled training classes are set up before the start date
  • Ordering Training Manuals and organising shipping to attendees
  • Sending joining instructions to attendees and dealing with queries
  • Chase up trainers for class documents after completion of training, create training records on their internal system and send certificates to attendees
  • Maintain the online schedule of public classes for their European Training Centres and help advertise classes to prospective attendees on the company web site and online forums
  • Answer queries from prospective attendees and send quotations on request
  • Assist with sending out of invoices and intercompany charges
  • Help schedule private customer training classes, liaising with all the relevant internal stakeholders and third party providers
  • General data housekeeping and reporting: maintain accurate records of customer training, renew Certification Status for qualifying customers, flag up customers who have no trained System Administrators for action.
  • Help host training courses in their Altrincham Training Centre when they resume, welcome delegates, order buffets etc.
  • Help with training logistics for annual Customer Education Conferences
  • Skills required for the role of Training and Services Administrator:
  • Advanced MS Excel & MS Word a must
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Accurate Data Entry - Good eye for detail
  • Good Communication Skills - both over the phone and face to face
  • Comfortable with technological terminology
