Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit a Service Administrator at our head office in Altrincham, Cheshire.We are a small close-knit team that support each other like a family. You will enjoy working closely alongside your experienced colleagues to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer.Our rewards often come in the form of satisfaction that doing the job well brings.As part of a small team, we are looking for a well-motivated individual who has a desire to exceed our customers expectations in every way. In a new department within the Parts and Service organisation, the role of Service Administrator provides assistance to the service controllers identifying parts, repair times, and equipment for after service work, and machine health checks.As a Service Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Providing customers with documentation for their completed routine maintenance, informing them of repairs required.
  • Liaising with our own engineers, to provide our customers with detailed and accurate quotes expected of us for after service works.
  • Liaising with customers, where required, to ensure customers are aware of what is being quoted, and why.
  • Identifying where any repairs are to be costed to (Warranty / Retail / Internal).
  • Using our in house follow up system to record and manage after service work.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers where required.
  • Providing cover for our service controllers while they are on holiday. This involves booking routine maintenance with customers and organising engineers schedules.
  • General Administration duties as required.
