A well established and reputable engineering company are looking to employ a Sales Co-ordinator with previous experience using SAP. The business is based close to Altrincham Town Centre and the salary would be £25,000pa. This role is permanent and the client are hoping to interview immediately, then a start date in the New Year can be offered. The candidate would need experience using SAP in a customer service / sales co-ordination / order processing capacity. This is a full-time position working within the offices and free parking is available, along with an annual 10% bonus!The Role· The main purpose of the role will be to process customer orders into SAP · Taking customer calls and emails and responding to queries and requests for quotes · Dealing with any issues or complaints · Processing agreed pricing into SAP · Liaise with the engineering team working remotely with team for any necessary amendments · Other Ad hoc administrative duties Essential Skills and Experience· Polite and professional telephone manner · Experience of working with SAP is essential for this role · Keen eye for details and high level of accuracy when processing data · Order processing / data processing, sales co-ordination or customer service experience within SAP is required · Must be able to work well in a team · Strong communication and customer service skills The Benefits· Permanent position paying £25,000pa salary · Working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm ideally, could be slight flexibility with the hours if needed · Annual 10% bonus available · 22 days holiday, rising to 25 after the first years service · Salary sacrifice pension scheme · Free parking · Working for a lovely family run business who really care about their staff To ApplyIf this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
