Job Description

Sales Administrator - Office Based£24000Excellent benefits package inc 28 days holiday + bank holidays, private medical and Christmas closureYearly bonus (£2000-£4000)AltrinchamA prominent European Manufacturing company based in South Manchester are currently looking for an excellent Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. The role requires a high level of organisation, very good attention to detail with a passion forthe delivery of high-level customer service.Main duties include:

  • Supplying information, pricing and order information/typing quotations
  • Processing orders from customers
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Procurement of goods
  • Advising customers on shipments/ delivery times etc.
  • Processing warehouse receipts, stock reconciliations, returns
  • Maintaining sales logs and compile sales reports/statistics
  • Compile information /mailing relevant prospects
The Candidate to be considered for the role will need to have an excellent command of the English language and have experience in a similar role. Other skills and attributes include;
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Independent and able to work within a team
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Task driven
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, LN Infor) would be an additional benefit
Duties will include;
  • Preparing and placing purchase orders with HQ and domestic suppliers
  • Cooperation with HQ in regards of lead times and deliveries
  • Logging goods receipts in the ERP systems
  • Registering purchase invoices in ERP system
  • Supplying information, pricing, and order information/typing quotations
  • Processing orders from dedicated customers
  • Advising customers on shipments/ delivery times etc.
  • Maintaining sales logs and follow compile sales reports/statistics
  • Purchase and sales price lists updates in ERP System
  • Monthly goods rotations analyses and system updates
  • Monthly Stock valuations and margin analyses
  • Reporting to Operations Manager
  • Compile information/mailing relevant prospects.
  • Support for the Garage Systems team
  • Cooperation with the Warehouse
