  • Grow the client base through networking, developing and executing a Public Sector business development strategy.
  • Become an expert in Public Sector Business Development and Public Sector Frameworks, ensure you are fully conversant with key contractual and Framework obligations across the client portfolio with the program of management.
  • Offer advice and guidance to key stakeholders and maintain regular contact with various clients across multiple sites and locations.
  • Accountable for service delivery and relationship management, acting as an escalation point for any complex issues and offering efficient solutions.
  • Maximise business potential through identifying new opportunities, understanding key client drivers and the impact of changes in the macro environment.
  • Manage, support, coach and mentor direct reports, promote a culture of development across the team, increase motivation and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide training and development in order to support individuals in meeting their objectives on time and on budget.
  • Drive high performance through innovation and create a deep culture of accountability where people are encouraged to be curious and praised for being and thinking differently.
  • Continuously look to improve productivity, drive within the team and the service offered to clients, identifying areas likely to affect account profitability and act upon this.
  • Develop account plan activity and produce forecasts, ensuring this is clear and actions are in place across the account.
  • Work in partnership with the Public Sector Lead to achieve and/or exceed budgetary commitments
About You:To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience at a senior-level alongside stakeholder relationship management. You are an analytical thinker and can plan, devise and execute a client base growth strategy. You deliver exceptional service to clientsand exceed expectations again and again. You have excellent organisational skills and can coach and develop Account Manager and Recruiters across the business. To succeed in this role, excellent influencing and negotiation skills are key along with a goodwork ethic and the ability to manage expectations.This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to the office. We have offices in Altrincham, Solihull and London and so you must be able to travel to one of these locations.Benefits:
