Our client is anis an ambitious innovative proactive law firm, which has offices in Altrincham, Leeds, Lymm and Manchester, and are currently looking for a Receptionist / AdministrativeAssistant for their Altrincham office.The role will involve being the face of the office and ensuring that their clients received first class service, whether this is in person or over the phone. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of Front of House. This includes call handling,meeting and greeting clients, processing post (in and out), meeting requests and payments.In addition the role will involve working within a team assistingwith administrative tasks for the business. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager, who will support you, enable you to work to the best of your ability and realise your potential withina supportive, entrepreneurial and ambitiousenvironment.Responsibilities:Reception and taking care of Front of house / Client areasCall handling on Reception, meeting and greeting clients and setting up meeting roomsOpening, filing and distributingoffice postEnsuring office stock and communal areas are kept tidy, and up to date. You will also be responsible for controllingstationary spendProvide general administrative assistance for the businessScanning and archiving files, deeds anddocumentsAssistance in original documents and deeds storage and collectionAssisting and supporting the team in various administrative tasks, such as opening and closing physical and electronic files.Client requirements:Sound academic background with excellent communication skillsUnderstanding of Office Management systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc)Previous Reception or Customer Service experienceStrong time management skillsAbility to multitask skillsAbility to multitaskProblem solving skillsStrong organisational skillsStrong attentionto detailAbilityto work well in a teamProfessional and friendlyIf you are interested in this role and are available at short notice please submit your CV.
