Job Description

FUND / REVIEW ADMINISTRATORALTRINCHAMUp to £24,000 + Exam Support + £1000 salary increase with each passed examFREE PARKINGOur Client, a firm of established and professional Independent Financial Planners is now looking to recruit an additional Review Administrator to join their friendly team.Supporting a team of busy Advisers daily duties will consist of;

  • Inputting clients contact info to the review list spreadsheet under the correct columns
  • Ensuring forwarding review meetings are highlighted on the spreadsheet
  • Booking in each months review meetings into the advisers diary, ensuring clients are being chased if calls / emails arent returned
  • Sending out review packs to the clients ahead of the meeting with the adviser
  • Completing fund switches, increase regs etc. after receiving the fact find from the adviser following the review meeting
  • Post/email the client the review letter once all the new fund information is inputted.
Desirable skills
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office back-office software
  • Understanding of fund analysis / fund-switches
  • Candidates MUST have previous experience working in a similar role within an IFA firm OR product provider and should be able to work autonomously with minimum supervision. Therefore, someone who can hit the ground running would be ideal.
